Services

The ITRC maintains a selection of carefully selected trade information resources acquired either through purchase or from its network of trade organizations, institutions, and resource/business centers. Competent professional staff are available to provide information assistance to its clients. Services Provided:

  • A monthly current awareness service through its Export Awareness Bulletin
  • Assistance in the identification of appropriate trade information resources through its Reference Advise Service
  • Upon request, assistance in the identification of trade information sources through its Referral Service
  • Online access to market intelligence tools that provide information on trade flows (import/export statistics), tariff, country/ product profiles, and assistance on the use of these tools
  • Find foreign buyers and business contacts through its collection of Trade Opportunity Reports (TORS), International Directories of Importers, Exporters, Wholesalers, Retailers, trade journals and trade leads
  • A selection of evaluated trade and related websites providing direct links to selected trade information sources is maintained in the Trade Websites Database.
  • Know the latest worldwide conferences, seminars, trade fairs, exhibits , etc. Invitations/ announcements to these activities are regularly received and posted in its Trade Events Database.

    To Accommodate Students Students are welcome on Tuesdays and Fridays. Requirements for the Use of the ITRC Business Clients: A valid company ID is required for all private business and government researchers. Students must present their validated school ID. BETP Staff: The barcoded DTI ID is required in the loan and return of ITRC materials.

    Resources in the ITRC may be used only within its premises. However, facilities for printing and photocopying are available for a minimal fee. Visit the ITRC anytime and experience a wide array of services all provided for your information requirements !!!
